Asi mismo se ensayar\u00e1 un nuevo composite en el que se asociaran dos componentes no reabsorbibles.  para el estudio se utiliza como animal de experimentaci\u00f3n el conejo blanco de nueva zelanda, macho, de peso aproximado 2,500 gr. El numero total de animales es 36 divididos en tres grupos de estudio.  grupo i  cn=12: a los que se implanta una protesis parietex composite(r)  grupo ii cn=12: implante de una camina de uypro(r)  grupo iii n=12: a los que se implanta una protesis de tipo rl-pu.  todos los animales se sacrificaron a los 14, 30 y 90 d\u00edas.  los estudios morfol\u00f3gicos (microscopia \u00f3ptica y electr\u00f3nica de barrido) y ultraestructurales (microscopia electr\u00f3nica de transmisi\u00f3n) nos permitieron comprobar que las dos pr\u00f3tesis tipo composite mesoran la interraz con peritoneo visceral.  la respuesta macrozagiza medida con el anticuerpo antimacrofagos de conejo y ram-ii desmostro que era mayor con pl-pu99 disminuyendo en los tres grupos a los 90 d\u00edas respecto a los 14.  la tensimetr\u00eda se mostr\u00f3 que el comportamiento biomecanico no se ve alterado en las pr\u00f3tesis composite con relaci\u00f3n a la control.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
