Se han establecido metodos: para determinacion de v (iv) por espectrofotometria con el reactivo (i)  extraccion y determinacion espectrofotemetrica de cu y hg (ii) con el reactivo (ii) y flotacion y determinacion espectrofotemetrica de ay con el mismo reactivo. Estudiando la estequiometria y constantes de formacion de los complejos.
