Luisa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el marco de compuestos que poseen actividad reversora de mdr (\u00abmultidrug resistance\u00bb) parece que el grupo farmac\u00f3foro de la n-acetilardeemina se encuentra en los anillos def (sistema de pirazino (2,1-b)quinazolina-3,6-diona). en este trabajo se ampl\u00eda el estudio de reactividad de dicho sistema tric\u00edclico que se desarrolla en nuestro grupo de trabajo.  as\u00ed, se ha estudiado la reactividad de la posici\u00f3n c-1 del sistema frente a electr\u00f3filos y radicales. De esta manera se han obtendio 1-alquiliden y 1-bromo derivados, que se han estudiado como moldes de dideshidroamino\u00e1cidos y de a-bromoglicina, respectivamente.  en los primeros se han econtrado diferencias sustanciales de reactividad y se ha observado un reacomodo del anillo de pirazina desconocido  hasta el momento, mientras que los bromo derivados han mostrado una reactividad acorde con los patrones menos restringidos conformacionalmente.  por otra parte, se ha estudiado la posibilidad de generar cationes n-aciliminio en los 1-metilen y 1-alquil-1-hidroxi derivados y su aplicaci\u00f3n en reacciones de sustituci\u00f3n nucle\u00f3fila tanto inter- como intramolecular.  esta reacciones se han llevado a cabo sin racemizaci\u00f3n de los carbonos quirales de los compuestos de partida y con control estereoqu\u00edmico en la mayor parte de los productos de reacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Nuevos m\u00e9todos de derivaci\u00f3n de 2,4-dialquil-2,4-dihidro-1h-pirazino(2,1-b)quinazolina-3,6-dionas.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Nuevos m\u00e9todos de derivaci\u00f3n de 2,4-dialquil-2,4-dihidro-1h-pirazino(2,1-b)quinazolina-3,6-dionas. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Heredia Est\u00e9vez M.
