Este metodo significa una mejora respecto de los metodos existentes que utilizan un enfoque vectorial. A partir de 1975  la aplicacion de metodos de descomposicion\/agregacion al analisis via lyapunov de la estabilidad transitoria de see  ha llevado a resultados generalmente muy conservadores respecto a las derivadas de un analisis global. En la presente tesis se concretan las razones de dicho conservadurismo y  en consecuencia se propone un nuevo metodo de analisis caracterizado por la seleccion de un tipo de descomposicion binaria y la utilizacion de un enfoque vectorial en la agregacion.  como aspectos mas especificos se detallan las alternativas en la construccion de la matriz de agregacion y se presenta un algoritmo sencillo para determinar una estimacion de la region de estabilidad.
