Para ello se ha planteado una experiencia para la obtencion de vino blanco seco de la variedad moscatel. En el trabajo no solo se han estudiado las caracteristicas quimicas y organolepticas de los vinos obtenidos  sino tambien la influencia que las distintas variables de vinificacion introducidas tienen sobre la calidad final.
