En este sentido, en el presente trabajo sobre hepatocarcionomas, se ha tratado de hacer una correlaci\u00f3n entre datos cl\u00edncios, datos de morfopatolog\u00eda convencional y los resultados del estudio inmunohistoqu\u00edmico con anticuerpos monoclonales para p53, cadherina-e y cateninas alga, beta y gamma en 60 casos diagn\u00f3sticados en el servicio de anatom\u00eda patol\u00f3gica del hospital g. Carlos haya de m\u00e1laga. El m\u00e9todo estad\u00edstico utilizado se bas\u00f3 en tablas de frecuencias y c\u00e1lculo de tablas de contigencia (chi-cuadrado, pearson, etc&#8230;), Considerando signficativo p&lt;0,05.  de los resultados obtendios obtuvimos como m\u00e1s relevantes, las siguientes conclusiones:  1,- los hepatocarcinomas tienen una clara relaci\u00f3n con la etiolog\u00eda viral, predominando su asociaci\u00f3n eocn el virus c.  2,- la epxresi\u00f3n de p53 se asocia a hepatocarcinomas por virus c con apoyo estad\u00edstico.  3,- la expresi\u00f3n de p53 se asocia a la sobreexpresi\u00f3n y euexpresi\u00f3n de beta-catenina, lo cual podr\u00eda implicar un mal pron\u00f3stico, ya que ambos predominan en estd\u00edos avanzados.  4,- la sobre y euexpresi\u00f3n de cadherina-e. Se relaciona directamente con el grado de diferenciaci\u00f3n tumoral con apoyo estad\u00edstico, por lo que disminuir\u00e1 la expresi\u00f3n de caherina-e en los tumores pobremente diferenciados, posiblemente reduciendo la adhesividad celular y potenciando la capacidad de invasi\u00f3n.  5,- la sobreexpresi\u00f3n y euexpresi\u00f3n de cadherina-e se asocia a la presencia de virus c..  6,- alfa-catenina muestra sobreexpresi\u00f3n y euexpresi\u00f3n en los estadios avanzados consignificaci\u00f3n estad\u00edstica y predomina en los hepatocarcionmas pobremente diferenciados, por lo que,
