de <strong> Rosa Mar\u00eda Nieves Elvira <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta memoria se describen los resultados del estudio de las diferentes v\u00edas de acceso a la s\u00edntesis de nuevas series de derivados de 1,2 6 tiadiezina, dise\u00f1ados como an\u00e1logos de fenilbutazona, antipinina, derivados del acido barbit\u00farico y 5-fluorocitosina. \tasimismo, se ha llevado a cabo un estudio comparativo de las propiedades qu\u00edmicas, f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas y farmacol\u00f3gicas de los nuevos compuestos y de sus prototipos, que ha conducido a ciertas relaciones estructura-actividad, habi\u00e9ndose postulado, en algunos casos, la estructura del compuesto s que en cada serie tendr\u00eda las m\u00e1xima actividad biol\u00f3gica. \tse ha encontrado un similitud elevada entre los derivados de 1,2, 6 tiediazina y los derivados de pirazol con actividad analg\u00e9sica, antiperitica y antiinflamtoria, en lo que se refiere al comportamiento qu\u00edmico, f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmico y farmacol\u00f3gico, mientras que este paralelismo es mucho menor entre los derivados de pririmidina y sus an\u00e1logos tiadiazinicos, tanto en las v\u00edas de acceso como en la actividad biol\u00f3gica, ya que los nuevos compuestos carecen de propiedades hipn\u00f3ticas, anti f\u00fangicas y antiparasitarias.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
