La clase intelectual y pol\u00edtica, como tambi\u00e9n los historiadores, han coincidido en vincular aquellos objetivos a los adelantos que habr\u00edan de producirse en el \u00e1mbito educativo. Por eso resulta de especial trascendencia analizar el uso did\u00e1ctico y divulgativo que se hizo de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, dada su capacidad de difusi\u00f3n masiva.  el cine documental de carlos velo se integra en una tendencia com\u00fan a otras cinematograf\u00edas de ser reflejo de la sin quietudes sociales y pol\u00edticas de su tiempo. Por eso t\u00edtulos como \u00abla ciudad y el campo\u00bb, \u00abalmadrabas o felipe ii\u00bb y \u00abel escorial\u00bb organizan su particular escritura f\u00edlmica desde actitudes que van
