Concepcion Nu\u00f1ez Pardo De Vera <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El estudio del desequilibrio gam\u00e9tico (dg) o asociaci\u00f3n no al azar entre alelos de diferentes loci ha tenido una gran importancia en la gen\u00e9tica evolutiva por permitir profundizar en la controversia entre gen\u00e9tica de un locus y gen\u00e9tica multiloci, y de este modo, en el conocimiento de la unidad evolutiva. Sin embargo, a pesar de los numerosos estudios de dg desarrollados desde la decada de los 60, no existe todav\u00eda una correcta caracterizaci\u00f3n de las asociaciones no al azar entre loci proteicos en las poblaciones naturales debido al escaso n\u00famero de loci analizados y las limitaciones metodol\u00f3gicas y estadisticas de dichos trabajos. En el presente estudio se ha llevada a cabo la caracterizaci\u00f3n del dg entre pares de 15 loci proteicos(lsp-1y,idh,to-1,est-6,lsp-2,pgm,aph,est-c,go,odh,me,xdh,po,ao-1 y lap-d) distribuidos a lo largo del cromosoma 3 de d.Melanogaster a partir de un n\u00famero elevado de cromosomas extra\u00eddos de la poblaci\u00f3n natural de santa cruz de ribadulla(scr). La frecuencia de dg detectada fue superior a la encontrada en anteriores trabajos, en los que apenas se detectaba dg. As\u00ed, se detect\u00f3 un 30% de dg global entre pares de loci y una intensidad promedio expresada en t\u00e9rminos de d\u00c2\u00bf(+) de 0,301+-0,057. En cuanto a los asociaciones interal\u00e9licas, el 22% de los pares de alelos analizados presentaron asociaciones significativas, con una intensidad promedio de d\u00edj(+)=0,428+-0,036. adem\u00e1s, se observo como las asocaciones no al azar se distribuyen a lo largo de todo el cromosoma 3. Asi mismo, se llev\u00f3 a cabo un analisis de variabilidad y ajuste a las proporciones hardy-weinberg a partir de una muestra de genotipos tomada de esta misma poblaci\u00f3n natural para ayudar a conocer los agentes evolutivos que pudieran estar actuando en el origen o mantenimiento de las asociaciones no al azar.
