Isabel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente memoria se pretende estudiar el mecanismo de accion del gaba (acido gamma-aminobutirico) sobre el eje hipotalamo-hipofisis-corticoadrenal  en condiciones basales. Asi como el mecanismo de accion del ghb (acido gamma-hidroxibutirico) sobre los ejes hipotalamo-hipofisis-corticoadrenal y gonadal. A la vista de los resultados obtenidos  se considera inadecuada la utilizacion de la administracion sistematica de gaba como metodolog\u00eda experimental. Cuando se administra el gaba i.C.V. Se observa una inhibicion del eje hipotalamo-hipofisis-corticoadrenal y dicha inhibicion se halla mediada por receptores alfa-adrenergicos (alfa sub 1 y alfa sub 2). Asimismo se demuestra que el gaba no ejerce ninguna accion directa sobre la adenohipofisis.  con relacion al ghb  se observa que dicha sustancia estimula la actividad del eje hipotalamo-hipofisis-corticoadrenal e inhibe la liberacion de lh  siendo ambas acciones independientes del sistema gabaergico.
