{"id":12265,"date":"2018-03-09T08:58:02","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:58:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/homoestasis-interorganos-del-glutation-y-otros-sistemas-antioxidantes-en-la-toxicidad-asociada-a-cilosporina-a-importancia-de-la-edad-y-papel-de-la-s-adenosilmetionina\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T08:58:02","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:58:02","slug":"homoestasis-interorganos-del-glutation-y-otros-sistemas-antioxidantes-en-la-toxicidad-asociada-a-cilosporina-a-importancia-de-la-edad-y-papel-de-la-s-adenosilmetionina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/homoestasis-interorganos-del-glutation-y-otros-sistemas-antioxidantes-en-la-toxicidad-asociada-a-cilosporina-a-importancia-de-la-edad-y-papel-de-la-s-adenosilmetionina\/","title":{"rendered":"Homoestasis inter\u00f3rganos del glutati\u00f3n y otros sistemas antioxidantes en la toxicidad asociada a cilosporina a. importancia de la edad y papel de la s-adenosilmetionina"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jes\u00fas Palomero Labajos <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Objetivo general  evaluar los cambios que experimenta la homeostasis del glutati\u00f3n, como mecanismo de defensa antioxidante celular, con la edad, y como se modifica la susceptibilidad del h\u00edgado y del ri\u00f1\u00f3n ante los efectos t\u00f3xicos de la ciclosporina a (cya) con el evejecimiento.  modelo experimental animal  se emplearon ratas wistar macho de cuatro edades diferentes: joven (1 mes), adulta (2 meses), madura (4 meses) y senescente (24 meses) y tres tipos de tratamientos farmacol\u00f3gicos cuya duraci\u00f3n fue de una semana: control (aceite de oliva 1 ml\/kg\/d\u00eda), cya (cya 10 mg\/kg\/d\u00eda), y el cotratamiento same+cya (cya 10 mg\/kg\/d\u00edas y simult\u00e1neamente s-adenosilmetionina (same) 10 mg\/kg\/12 horas).  par\u00e1metros determinados  par\u00e1metros generales (flujo, biliar, peso corporal y hep\u00e1tico), las concentraciones de glutati\u00f3n total (gs) y oxidado (gssg) en bilis, plasma, h\u00edgado y ri\u00f1\u00f3n, la secreci\u00f3n biliar de gs y gssg, la concentraci\u00f3n de sustratos plasm\u00e1ticos (bilirrubina, \u00e1cidos biliares, creatinina, urea, \u00e1cido \u00farico, glucosa y colesterol), las actividades enzim\u00e1ticas: aspartato aminotransferasa (ast), alanina aminotransferasa (alt) y fosfatasa alcalina (alp) en plasma, y  glutamil cisteinil sintetasa (gcs), super\u00f3xido dismutasa (sod), catalasa (cat), glutati\u00f3n peroxidasa (gpx) y glutati\u00f3n s-transferasa (gst) en h\u00edgado, y la concentraci\u00f3n hep\u00e1tica y renal de tbars.  conclusiones  el envejecimiento biol\u00f3gico cursa con desequilibrio de los procesos antioxidantes y prooxidantes hep\u00e1ticos, y se manifiesta aun cuando aumenta la actividad de las principales enzimas antioxidantes y el glutati\u00f3n reducido. el contenido biliar de glutati\u00f3n disminuye con la edad debido a los cambios que experimentan tres factores determinantes de su homeostasis hep\u00e1tica: el tama\u00f1o del pool de gs y gssg, su transporte canalicular y su catabolismo intrabiliar.
