Elisa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A traves del metodo de conectividad molecular y aplicado a un grupo de compuestos antihistaminicos se buscan nuevos compuestos que posean dicha actividad.  se obtienen los indices topologicos de los compuestos en estudio y se correlacionan, por analisis de regresion multilineal, con propiedades fisicas, quimicas,&#8230; dichas correlaciones, las funciones de conectividad, son capaces de predecir el valor de la propiedad para otros compuestos no utilizados en el estudio, y son capaces de seleccionar nuevos compuestos con teorica actividad antihistaminica aplicando la f.
