Incluye curvas de fuerza frente a distancia, jumping mode y modos 3d, as\u00ed como el modo no-contacto utilizado en nuestros experimentos y la t\u00e9cnica de microscop\u00eda de kelvin que hemos implementado en nuestro sistema. Los resultados experimentales se muestran y se discuten en el cap\u00edtulo 4 empezando con los estudios de adsorci\u00f3n de agua sobre substratos s\u00f3lidos, despu\u00e9s los experimentos de interacci\u00f3n electrost\u00e1tica y terminando con los nanoinjertos de sams.  * el cap\u00edtulo 5 es un resumen con conclusiones y sugerencias para futuras
