Abordamos la resoluci\u00f3n del problema inverso de localizar puntos de vertido de emisarios submarinos, para que la concentraci\u00f3n de unos o varios contaminantes no supere unos l\u00edmites preestablecidos, y al menor coste econ\u00f3mico. Este problema es de muy dificultosa resoluci\u00f3n por m\u00e9todos deterministas, pues la funci\u00f3n de coste es no convexa y no lineal. As\u00ed tenemos dos alternativas: considerar simplificaciones del problema de modo que podamos resolverlo con m\u00e9todos matem\u00e1ticos de optimziaci\u00f3n de orientaci\u00f3n \u00abcl\u00e1sica\u00bb o determinista, o bien, frontarlo con t\u00e9cnicas heur\u00edsticas aplicadas a la optimziaci\u00f3n. Esta segunda alternatiava es la explorada en esta tesisi y llevada a cabo mediante algoritmos evolutivos. Inicialemnte se consideraron \u00fanicamente los algoritmos gen\u00e9ticos, pero en el avance del desarrollo de la tesis, y en base a las primeras experiencias de prueba de la metodolog\u00eda, se estim\u00f3 la oportunidad de proponer tambi\u00e9n un eficiente m\u00e9todo evolutivo, basado en caracter\u00edsticas de adaptabilidad de muestreadores a la hipersuperficie de b\u00fasqueda, y a la
