La reactividad fotoquimica de estos sistemas ha resultado ser muy interesante  observandose una gran dependencia del curso de la reaccion en funcion de la sustitucion en el sistema azadienico.  por otra parte se ha llevado a cabo la sintesis de una serie de 3-azaenonas  no descritas con anterioridad. La uradiacion directa de estos compuestos conducea la formacion de productos de migracion 1 5 de acilo  cuyo termino es un anilloaromatico.
