{"id":12308,"date":"2018-03-09T08:58:06","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:58:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-de-los-polisacaridos-de-la-goma-de-croton-urucurana\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T08:58:06","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:58:06","slug":"estudio-de-los-polisacaridos-de-la-goma-de-croton-urucurana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/estudio-de-los-polisacaridos-de-la-goma-de-croton-urucurana\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio de los polisacaridos de la goma de \u00abcroton urucurana\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Bego\u00f1a Milo Martinez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Objetivo principal  del presente trabajo ha sido el estudio del exudado gomoso de croton urucurana, principalmente en lo que se refiere a la constituci\u00f3n de sus polisac\u00e1ridos, as\u00ed como de la posible actividad inmunomoduladora de \u00e9stos y del l\u00e1tex obtenido del tronco de dicha especie.  objetivos espec\u00edficos  1,- la caracterizaci\u00f3n fisioqu\u00edmica de la goma de croton urucurana en relaci\u00f3n a sus propiedades reol\u00f3gicas.  2,- la elucidaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica de los polisac\u00e1ridos presentes en el exudado gomoso.  3,- determinaci\u00f3n de la forma y tama\u00f1o de los polisac\u00e1ridos mayoritarios de la goma.  4,- estudio de la actividad sobre el sistema del complemento y la proliferaci\u00f3n linfocitaria del l\u00e1tex y de los polisac\u00e1ridos mayoritarios de la goma.  los resultados obtenidos mediante las diversas t\u00e9cnicas espec\u00edficas en el an\u00e1lisis de polisac\u00e1ridos, estudios reol\u00f3gicos, t\u00e9cnicas cromatogr\u00e1ficas, t\u00e9cnicas de dispersi\u00f3n de luz y ensayos biol\u00f3gicos (actividad sobre el sistema de complemento y actividad sobre la proliferaci\u00f3n linfocitaria) permitieron establecer las siguientes conclusiones:  1,- el exudado gomoso de c.Urucurana baill. Est\u00e1 constituido por 2 plisac\u00e1ridos: cu-1, que representa el 86% de cu-pd y cu-2, que constituye el 14% restante.  2,- cu-1 es una rabinogalactano de tipo ii, rico en fucosa, ligeramente \u00e1cido y altamente ramificado. Cu-1 presenta una cadena principal constituida por 1,3-gal, que est\u00e1 ramificada en las posiciones 2 y 6. La mayor parte de cadenas laterales est\u00e1n formadas por un solo monosac\u00e1rido, fucosa o arabionosa, sin bien algunas de ellas presentan, adem\u00e1s, unidades intermedias de arabinosa con uniones 1,3- 1,5- \u00f3 1,2-. Cu-1 tiene elevado peso molecular. el peso molecular absoluto, determinado por t\u00e9cnicas de dispersi\u00f3n de luz, tiene un valor promedio de peso molecular en peso molecular en peso de 4.0 x 10 da.
