Merluccius) y la merluza de el cabo(m. Capensis). Las diferencias interespecificas son mas apreciables en el rango de ph de 4.0 a 6.5, especialmente en el grupo de las parvalbuminas (fracci\u00f3n ac\u00eddica con pi&lt;4,5 y peso molecular &lt; 12 kda). La preparaci\u00f3n de extractos proteicos correspondientes a mezclas binarias permiti\u00f3 detectar desplazamientos electrofor\u00e9ticos en ciertos polip\u00e9ptidos, resultado no observado mediante an\u00e1lisis individual. Se llevaron a cabo tinciones enzim\u00e1ticas especificas con fines de identificaci\u00f3n, revel\u00e1ndose la ldh y la g-3-pd como las enzimas mas interesantes, permitiendo la discriminaci\u00f3n de las cinco especies del genero merluccius en dos grupos: las provenientes del cono sur americano y las procedentes de las costas europea y africana. la combinaci\u00f3n del analisis mediante ief con la
