Mar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo de investigacion se ha aislado y purificado hasta homogeneidad la enzima 6-fosfogluconato deshidrogenasa de higado de lubina. Se han estudiado sus propiedades fisico-quimicas y determinado su peso molecular  asi como sus propiedades cineticas y reguladoras. En este sentido cabe destacar el importantepapel fisiologico desempe\u00f1ado por metabolitos tales como el nadph  el atp  la fructosa 1 6 bifosfato el fosfopenol piruvato y el oxalacetato  especialmente teniendo en cuenta que la dieta de este animal es principalmente rica en aminoacidos. Los lipidos son tambien importantes como combustibles metabolicos.
