Esta metodolog\u00eda parte del concepto de continuacion analitica de funciones definidas en un dominio real a un dominio complejo; en nuestro caso, del espacio real de propagacion o dispersion a un espacio de coordenadas complejas. Para ello se analizan las restricciones que hay que tener en cuenta al aplicar esta tecnica para la obtencion de nuevas soluciones de la ecuacion de onda. una vez sentadas las bases del analisis, se realiza la continuacion analitica de algunas funciones de fase homogenea a funciones de fase no homogenea; cabe destacar el caso de las ondas cilindricas que se extienenden a soluciones en forma de haces complejos.  en la formulacion resultante aparecen implicadas nuevas magnitudes de gran interes, destacando entre ellas las relativas a distintas complejas y angulos complejos, que son estudiadas minuciosamente, interpretando posteriormente su significado en el espacio real de propagacion.  a continuacion se estudia con detalle la solucion general en forma de haces complejos y las diferentes aproximaciones que se obtienen a partir de ellos haciendo uso del analisis en el espacio de distancias complejas, indicandose tambien como aplicar la metodolog\u00eda expuesta a otros casos de interes.  tomando como base los citados analisis, se abordan finalmente tres problemas de dispersion electromagnetica en los que los campos incidentes presentan fases no homogeneas.
