Es muy dif\u00edcil eliminar el intenso color marr\u00f3n de estos residuos que se debe a la presencia de la melanoidinas, pol\u00edmeros t\u00f3xicos para los microorganismos utilizados en los m\u00e9todos convencionales de tratamiento de efluentes industriales. en este trabajo se tratan vinazas de destiler\u00eda con el basidiomiceto trametes sp. I-62 y se analiza la participaci\u00f3n de las enzimas ligninol\u00edticas en la decoloraci\u00f3n. Se demuestra que las lacasas producidas por este hongo desempe\u00f1an un papel fundamental en el proceso de tratamiento. Se llevaron a cabo estudios de inducci\u00f3n de estas enzimas por diferentes mon\u00f3meros arom\u00e1ticos, varios de ellos is\u00f3meros, y por el propio efluente de destiler\u00eda. varios de los compuestos arom\u00e1ticos probados se revelaron como muy buenos inductores de la actividad lacasa. Se dise\u00f1\u00f3 y puso a punto un m\u00e9todo de rt-pcr m\u00faltiple que permite estudiar la expresi\u00f3n de los genes lcc1, lcc2 y lcc3 de trametes sp. I-62. Los tres genes se expresan de manera diferente en presencia de los mon\u00f3meros arom\u00e1ticos, incluso is\u00f3meros y tambi\u00e9n las propias melanoidinas presentes en el efluente son capaces de inducir la expresi\u00f3n de los genes lcc1 y lcc2. Trametes sp. I-62, y sus lacasas, se revelan como una buena alternativa para el tratamiento de las vinazas de destiler\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
