Los resultados obtenidos se\u00f1alan a los segmentos que comprenden a los residuos 77 y 152 como criticos para el reconocimiento mediado por ctl. Ademas la posicion 77 juega un importante papel en los epitopos reconocidos por algunos anticuerpos. La distribucion de las diferencias entre los subtipos de b27 sugiere que la conversion genica ha sido el mecanismo genetico mas implicado en su diversificacion  la cual continuo despues de la
