El estr\u00e9s t\u00e9rmico provoca alteraciones de los componentes lip\u00eddicos de la membrana celular, la actuaci\u00f3n de fosfolipasas sobre ellos puede liberar mediadores lip\u00eddicos que sirvan para disparar se\u00f1ales durante la hsr y que podr\u00edan justificar tanto la adaptaci\u00f3n como el funcionamiento defectuosos y hasta la letalidad celular. El resultado del trabajo concluye que en el sistema celular estudiado (l-132): el paso de temperatura normal de crecimiento (37\u00c2\u00bac) a situaci\u00f3n de hipertermia (42\u00c2\u00bac) promueve la bios\u00edntesis del principal fosfol\u00edpido de membrana, la pc. La hipertermia induce la acumulaci\u00f3n de pa a trav\u00e9s de un mecanismo independiente de pld, no vi\u00e9ndose modificada dicha actividad enzim\u00e1tica por el aumento de temperatura. Ello, aunque las c\u00e9lulas l-132 si presentan actividad pld inducible por pma, que es mediada por pkc. La hipertermia induce acumulaci\u00f3n de pa por activaci\u00f3n de una isoforma de la dgk sensible al r59022. La hipertermia induce la hidr\u00f3lisis de la pc v\u00eda plc, incrementando los niveles de p-cho mientras que el dag es r\u00e1pidamente convertido a pa por la acci\u00f3n de la dgk. El pa parece implicado en la regulaci\u00f3n del aumento de la s\u00edntesis de pc provocado por la hipertermia. La hidr\u00f3lisis de la pc puede originar pa por diferentes rutas que podr\u00edan justificar la heterog\u00e9nea composici\u00f3n ac\u00edlica encontrada de pa y, que determinar\u00eda la respuesta diferencial a distintos est\u00edmulos. La dgk y el pa est\u00e1n involucrados en la regulaci\u00f3n de la hsr, apunt\u00e1ndose un mecanismo de regulaci\u00f3n post-transcripcional para la s\u00edntesis de las hsps mediado por ellos.
