En este trabajo se ha tratado de encontrar posibles se\u00f1alizaciones de la glucosamediadas por el gradiente electroquimico de h+  mantenido este a traves de la membrana citoplasmatica.  se establece que existe una se\u00f1al dada por la glucosa que produce la activacion de la h+ -atpasa  independiente de la energia obtenida a partir del azucar.  asimismo  se establece una correlacion entre el descenso en el ph intracelular y las variaciones en las actividades de la trehalasa y de la fructosa-1 6-difosfatasa.
