Codesido Varela <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Para el estudio de anticuerpos catal\u00edticos, relacionados con la transposici\u00f3n 1,7 de hidrogeno, se han dise\u00f1ado unos haptenos en base a la estructura del estado de transici\u00f3n de la conversi\u00f3n de previtamina d en vitamina d. La s\u00edntesis de un precursor del anillo a de dichos haptenos se logr\u00f3 mediante una estrategia cuyas etapas claves son una alilaci\u00f3n enantioselectiva y una ciclaci\u00f3n de heck. A partir de dicho precursor del anillo a, se han preparado an\u00e1logos de la hormona calcitriol. Se ha desarrollado un nuevo m\u00e9todo para la sintesis de un an\u00e1logo de los haptenos propuestos, mediante una estrategia que implica la formaci\u00f3n, en primer lugar, de un anillo de cicloocteno mediante una reacci\u00f3n de met\u00e1tesis intramolecular,y posteriormente, la del anillo a ciclohex\u00e9nico, por medio de una ciclaci\u00f3n de heck.
