Este trabajo constituye una continuacion de esta cartografia concretamente a nivel diencefalico  en el que  como modificacion de la tecnica  se incluyen inyecciones intraventriculares e intratisulares en el ventriculo lateral  mesencefalo y talamo. Asimismo  el presente estudio sirve como punto de partida para describir neuronas de proyeccion e interneuronas met-encefalinergicas y para proponer vias
