Se estudia la influencia del grosor equivalente agua del capuch\u00f3n de equilibrio electr\u00f3nico en los factores de correcci\u00f3n debidos a que las condiciones de calibraci\u00f3n no son las del tratamiento. se estudia as\u00ed mismo la dependencia de estos factores con las dependencias de la respuesta del diodo en funci\u00f3n de la tasa de dosis, dosis acumulada y temperatura.  tambi\u00e9n se estudia hasta que punto la metodolog\u00eda de calibraci\u00f3n, principalmente la diferencia de radiaci\u00f3n dispersa vista por el diodo y por el detector patr\u00f3n, afecta a los factores de correci\u00f3n.  posterior a la caracterizaci\u00f3n y a la calibraci\u00f3n de los diodos se desarrollan algoritmos de c\u00e1lculo que permiten, a partir de la dosis medidas in vivo a la entrada  y a la salida del haz, calcular la dosis a plano medio. Estos algoritmos se aplican en pacientes sometidos a un tratamiento de irradiaci\u00f3n corporal total (ict) para determinar la dosis en distintos puntos de inter\u00e9s.  se hace especial hincapi\u00e9 en la aplicabilidad de estos algoritmos para determinar la dosis en pulm\u00f3n y especialmente detr\u00e1s de protecciones parciales de pulm\u00f3n.  las conclusiones principales de esta tesis son:  1,- la necesidad de calibrar los detectores indpendientemente a la entrada y a la salida del haz. En el caso especifico de la t\u00e9cnica de ict se debe calibrar tambi\u00e9n detr\u00e1s de las protecciones de transmisi\u00f3n parcial para proteger el pulm\u00f3n.  2,- la aplicabilidad de los
