Luisa Garcia Martin <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han investigado las alteraciones en la homeostasis de ph originadas por procesos de transformaci\u00f3n tumoral en dos modelos de cancer, la hepatocarcinogenesis inducida por tioacetamida en higado perfundido de raton y el glioma c6 implantado en cerebro de rata. En el primero se han evaluado, empleando espectroscopia de 31p rmn, la contribucion relativa de los diversos sistemas involucrados en la regulaci\u00f3n de phi y las interacciones entre metabolismo de fosfolipidos y homeostasis de phi. En el segundo se ha estudiado, empleando imagen espectroscopica por 1h rmn, la distribucion espacial del phe in vivo y su correlacion con las distribuciones de diversos metabolitos cerebrales.  la contribuci\u00f3n relativa de los diversos sistemas de homeostasis de phi en h\u00edgados control y pretumorales, se determin\u00f3 midiendo la velocidad de alcalinizaci\u00f3n intracelular despu\u00e9s de una carga \u00e1cida, en presencia y ausencia de diversos inhibidores selectivos. La inhibici\u00f3n del antitrasportador na+\/h+(nhe) con amiloride redujo la velocidad de alcalinizacion hasta un 39% en los higados control y un 46% en los pretumorales. La inhibici\u00f3n conjunta del nhe y del cotransportador na+-hco3(nbc) con amiloride y acido 4-acetamido-4\u00c2\u00bf-isotiocianoestilbeno-2,2\u00c2\u00bf-disulfonico (sits) redujo aun m\u00e1s la velocidad de alcalinizaci\u00f3n hasta el 24% en los controles y hasta el 29% en los pretumorales. La inhibici\u00f3n de la anhidrasa carbonica aboli\u00f3 completamente la recuperaci\u00f3n del phi en los higados pretumorales, pero no en los controles, revelando un papel fundamental de este enzima en la regulaci\u00f3n del phi en los higados pretumorales.
