Con este fin  se han preparado diversos compuestos de estas familias  se han registrado los espectros de 1h-rmn y se han utilizado los valores optimizados de constantes de acoplamiento vecinales en una ecuacion generalizada de tipo karplus  para determinar las magnitudes aproximadas de los angulos de torsion entre los diferentes protones que  junto con un estudio similar de constantes jc sub 1 h sub 1 experimentos de efecto nuclear overhauser  rmn dinamica y calculos de mecanica molecular  se han correlacionadocon la conformacion predominante de estas sustancias en disolucion. Hemos estudiado tambien la conformacion del anillo de cinco eslabones  que se ha determinado en base a la medida de las constantes de acoplamiento vecinales
