En la segunda etapa, se establece un conjunto de parametros sinopticos y de imagen asi como sus rasgos de valores, que permiten predecir lluvias intensas con una antelacion de 3h para una zona con un tama\u00f1o del orden de 100 km de diametro. En la tercera etapa, se establecen y caracterizan los parametros de imagen de satelite que mejor permiten realizar un seguimiento y localizacion de las lluvias intensas para aquellos casos en que la
