La electroforesis diagonal sh1 y sh2 de la miosina. A concentracion elevada  el iob provoca la fragmentacion de determinados triptofanos de la miosina; el atp y la actina alteran el patron de fragmentacion. A partir de los resultados obtenidos se propone que el triptofano130 se encuentre en el centro activo de la miosina.
