El producto de partida empleado es el ester dietilico del acido 3-carboxil 4-dimetilpirrol-2-acetico; obteniendose entre otros productos las series de derivados de n(5)-amino-4 5 6-7-tetrahidro-1 3-dimetilpirrol\/3 2-c\/ piridin-4 6-diona; n(5)-(o-cianofenil)-4 5 6 7-tetrahidro-1 3-dimetilpirrolo \/3 2-c\/piridin-4 6-diona; 5 aril-4 5-dihidro-1 3-dimetil-4-oxopiridazino\/4 5-b\/ pirrol-7-carboxamida. Se realizan ensayos  in vitro  de la agregacion plaquetaria en sangre total frente al acido araquidonico.
