{"id":12538,"date":"2018-03-09T08:58:25","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:58:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/aplicacion-de-la-espectroscopa%c2%ada-ir-al-control-de-calidad-industrial\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T08:58:25","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:58:25","slug":"aplicacion-de-la-espectroscopa%c2%ada-ir-al-control-de-calidad-industrial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/aplicacion-de-la-espectroscopa%c2%ada-ir-al-control-de-calidad-industrial\/","title":{"rendered":"Aplicaci\u00f3n de la espectroscop\u00edair al control de calidad industrial"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Ram\u00f3n Gonz\u00e1lez Ba\u00f1o <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo fundamental de la presente tesis doctoral es el estudio de la aplicaci\u00f3n de la espectrometr\u00eda infrarroja, tanto en la regi\u00f3n de las vibraciones fundamentales (mir) como de los sobretonos y combinaci\u00f3n de tonos (nir), al control anal\u00edtico industrial en diferentes campos de actividad seleccionados para mostrar la capacidad de la misma.  el primer estudio se dedica a la determinaci\u00f3n de agua en aceites lubricantes para motores marinos, en los que la naturaleza y cantidad de aditivos presentes impiden la utilizaci\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo de karl-fisher, que es el habitual en este tipo de determinaciones. Se demuestra que tanto el mir como el nir son adecuados para realizar este tipo de determinaciones, con errores de predicci\u00f3n en nir inferiores al 2%.  el segundo estudio se dedica al seguimiento de la hidr\u00f3lisis enzim\u00e1tica del almid\u00f3n utilizando la espectrometr\u00eda nir. Se demuestra que el m\u00e9todo permite el seguimiento de los diferentes productos de la hidr\u00f3lisis a lo largo de las dos etapas de que consta el proceso industrial, licuefaci\u00f3n (formaci\u00f3n de dextrinas) y sacarificaci\u00f3n (hidr\u00f3lisis hasta maltosa y glucosa), por la acci\u00f3n de las amilasas correspondientes. El m\u00e9todo es adecuado para la determinaci\u00f3n de los azucares finales, glucosa y maltosa, as\u00ed como concentraci\u00f3n de s\u00f3lidos y dextrosa equivalente. La calidad de los resultados obtenidos demuestra que este m\u00e9todo puede substituir con ventaja a los m\u00e9todos volum\u00e9tricos y cormatogr\u00e1ficos usados habitualmente para este objetivo. Relacionado con este estudio, tambi\u00e9n se ha establecido un m\u00e9todo ir para el control de los concentrados procedentes de la hidr\u00f3lisis del almid\u00f3n, los jarabes de glucosa. Los mejores modelos para el control de los principales par\u00e1metros (azucares individuales, s\u00f3lidos, dextrosa equivalentes, etc) se obtuvieron con espectros mir, con resultados equivalentes a
