Con este proposito tratamos de determinar el papel que desempe\u00f1an las ser\/thr proteinquinasas ha14,5p, que por sobreexpresion confieren tolerancia a salir en la levadura previamente mencionada. Seg\u00fan los experimentos aportados por esta tesis doctoral llegamos a la conclusion que estas dos proteinquinasas determinan un sistema nuevo de tolerancia que seria responsable de despolarizar la membrana plasmatica por la activacion del transportador trk1,2 y prevenir la entrada inespecifica de cationes toxicos. Este seria el primer sistema general de tolerancia a cationes t\u00f3xicos descrito en levadura. Asi mismo hemos demostrado que el sistema determinado por el regulador i\u00f3nico hal1 es dependiente de estas proteinquinasas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
