Para cada una de las especies estudiadas se han descrito los zimogramas obtenidos y su interpretaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica. Los valores de polimorfismo y heterzogosidad observados en las cuatro especies se encuentran dentro del rango descrito en especies marinas y revelan una variabilidad gen\u00e9tica moderada en at\u00fan rojo y bonito y una variaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica inferior en at\u00fan blanco y pez espada.  en el at\u00fan rojo, la baja diferenciaci\u00f3n encontrada al comparar 16 muestras mediterr\u00e1neas y una muestra capturada en el golfo de vizcaya sugiere la existencia de un \u00fanico grupo de individuos en el \u00e1rea estudiada. Por otro lado, se han hallado diferencias significativas al comparar estas muestras con una muestra obtenida en el atl\u00e1ntico occidental, sugiriendo la existencia de dos grupos de individuos en base a la distribuci\u00f3n heterog\u00e9nea de las frecuencias al\u00e9licas de los loci g6pdh* y sod-1*. El nivel de subestructuraci\u00f3n encontrado dentro del atl\u00e1ntico se relaciona con la existencia de dos \u00e1reas de puesta separadas para los grupos del mediterr\u00e1neo\/vizcaya occidental y un flujo g\u00e9nico reducido entre las \u00e1reas.  en el at\u00fan blanco, la baja diferenciaci\u00f3n encontrada al analizar cuatro muestras mediterr\u00e1neas sugiere la existencia de un \u00fanico grupo de indiviudos en el \u00e1rea estudiada.La homogeneidad observada al comparar las muestras mediterr\u00e1neas con una muestra capturada en las islas azores supone la existencia de un importante flujo g\u00e9ncio entre el mediterr\u00e1neo y el atl\u00e1ntico.  el nivel de subestructuraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s alto de nuestro estudio se ha observado en el bonito. La heterogeneidad encontrada al analizar tres \u00e1reas mediterr\u00e1neas sugiere la existencia de dos grupos de individuos, un primer grupo que incluir\u00eda el mar ligur y el
