El segundo de los estudios sar utiliza como modelo para introducir diversidad estructural el compuesto 201463 ((2-naftalenvinil)-3-piridina) sobre el que se abordan modificaciones en la sustituci\u00f3n del naftaleno, se cambia el heterociclo y la cadena de uni\u00f3n.  los an\u00e1logos sintetizados de 31933 son, en general, menos activos que el cabeza de serie, en tanto que las variaciones estructurales en el anillo de naftaleno de 201463 han conducido claramente un modelo de correlaci\u00f3n estructura-actividad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
