En primer lugar, se sintetizan una serie de compuestos polic\u00edclicos de estructuras an\u00e1loga a la del esqueleto basico de la dinemicina, mediante reacci\u00f3n de diels-alder intermol\u00e9cular entre una piranoisoquinolina y un arino, para los derivados de naturaleza arom\u00e1tica, o una naftoquinona, para los derivados pentac\u00edclicos de naturaleza antraquin\u00f3nica. Antes de abordar este estudio sint\u00e9tico,se llev\u00f3 a cabo un estudio preliminar de las reacciones de cicloadici\u00f3n intermolecular entre pironas de distinta naturaleza y el bencino.  intentando aprovechar la, a priori, facil funcionalizaci\u00f3n de los compuestos policicicos previamente preparados, a continuaci\u00f3n se estudi\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n del sistema enodi\u00ednico c\u00edclico sobre los mismos, lo que permitir\u00eda acceder a an\u00e1logos de la dinemicina a. A pesar de que este objetivo no pudo completarse, se describe la obtenci\u00f3n de diversos intermedios sint\u00e9ticos de gran interes.  por \u00faltimo, se presenta el dise\u00f1o y la s\u00edntesis de un compuesto h\u00edbrido que combina en su estructura la presencia de un fragmento capaz de intercalarse en el adn, que en nuestro caso una benzofenantridina, y un sistema enodi\u00ednico c\u00edclico de geometria adecuada. Se comprob\u00f3 que el compuesto dise\u00f1ado experimenta cicloaromatizaci\u00f3n a temperatura fisiol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
