{"id":12642,"date":"2001-07-09T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2001-07-09T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/receptores-muscara%c2%adnicos-en-el-encefalo-de-melopsittacus-undulatus\/"},"modified":"2001-07-09T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2001-07-09T00:00:00","slug":"receptores-muscara%c2%adnicos-en-el-encefalo-de-melopsittacus-undulatus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/receptores-muscara%c2%adnicos-en-el-encefalo-de-melopsittacus-undulatus\/","title":{"rendered":"Receptores muscar\u00ednicos en el enc\u00e9falo de melopsittacus undulatus"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Tomaz Gimenes Ciela Carla <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se describe la distribuci\u00f3n de los receptores muscar\u00edncios en el enc\u00e9falo de individuos macho y hembra de la especie melopsittacus undulatus en periodos no reproductor y reproductor, como modelo en la b\u00fasqueda del enagrama del aprendizaje y de la memoria del canto, teniendo como objetivo la valoraci\u00f3n del posible papel de los receptores muscar\u00ednicos, y en particular del subtipo m2, en los n\u00facleos del canto.  para este trabajo se han utilizado t\u00e9cnicas de marcado con radioligando y anticuerpos. Los estudios de autorradiograf\u00eda cuantitativa se han realizado mediante la fijaci\u00f3n del radioligando (3hy)n-metil-escopolamina y el desplazamiento del receptor m2\/m4 se ha llevado a cabo con el antagonista af-dx 116. La autorradiograf\u00eda funcional de gtp (y-35s) fue estimulada mediante la adici\u00f3n del agonista m2, oxotremorina. Tambi\u00e9n se ha desarrollado un anticuerpo anti-m2 obtenido por inmunizaci\u00f3n de conejos mediante un p\u00e9ptido sint\u00e9tico de la secuencia de polo correspondiente a los amino\u00e1cidos de inmunocitoqu\u00edmica y su especificidad fue analizada mediante estudios de western blot.  los resultados obtenidos mostraron la existencia de una regulaci\u00f3n estacional de los receptores muscar\u00ednicos no ligada a dimorfismo sexual en estructuras no pertenecientes al sistema del canto; la presencia, de dimorfismo sexual en la distribuci\u00f3n de receptores muscar\u00edncios asociados a los n\u00facleos del canto, sin embargo no se observaron modulaciones estacionales de estos receptroes asociados al aprendizaje del mismo.  los datos de autorradiograf\u00eda cuantitativa, autorradiograf\u00eda funcional e inmunocitoqu\u00edmica ponen de manifiesto la existencia del subtipo muscar\u00ednico m2 en los n\u00facleos del canto, existiendo un patr\u00f3n de marcado inmunocitoqu\u00edmico de este sutipo muscar\u00ednico en los n\u00facleos del canto.  la respuesta del sutipo m2 difiere en los distintos n\u00facleos del canto y est\u00e1 relacionada con dimorfismo
