Los resultados obtenidos del estudio de las orfs mostraron la existencia de colinearidad en las regiones centrales del genoma respecto a otros poxvirus, asi como una perdida de homolog\u00eda en aquellas orfs localizadas m\u00e1s proximas a los extremos, zonas donde se encuentran los genes especificos de cada poxvirus.  por otra parte, el an\u00e1lisis detallado de la regi\u00f3n m\u00e1s terminal del genoma de mcv permiti\u00f3 identificar una orf que presentaba homolog\u00eda a las cochaperonas dnaj. Estas proteinas poseen un motivo denominado dominio j que se caracteriza por mediar las interacciones con los miembros de la familia de proteinas hsp70. Los resultados de este trabajo muestran la existencia de una interacci\u00f3n entre la proteina mc013l de mcv y la chaperona hsp70 humana. Sin embargo, dicha interacci\u00f3n result\u00f3 ser independiente del dominio j, constituyendo una novedad respecto al mecanismo de acci\u00f3n de las proteinas dnaj.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
