En que se observa un efecto inotropico negativo. Todos los antiandrogenos ensayados (acetato de ciproterona  acetato de clormadinoma y acetato de medroxiprogesterona  flutamida espironolactona y cimetidina) suprimen el efecto inotropo positivo de la dihidrotestosterona (d.H.T.). El inotropismo positivo puede ser debido a un efecto simpaticomimeticoindirecto de la dihidrotestosterona puesto que se bloquea con atenolol; ademas puede interferir con la recaptacion extraneural y con la degradacion neuronal de noradrenalina. La dihidrotestosterona (10 elevado a -8 m) parece comportarse como un farmaco procolinergico y  tal vez la beta-dihidrotestosterona  como estimulante de la recaptacion extraneural. Los antiandrogenos ensayados producenefectos diferentes sobre la contractilidad auricular inducida electricamente. Los derivados de la 17-oh-progesterona y la flutamida producen inotropismo negativo  la espironolactona inotropismo positivo y la cimetidina no lo modifica  lo que sugiere que los efectos no estan mediados por receptores androgenicos. Todos los farmacos ensayados (androgenos y antiandrogenos) antagonizan de forma no competitiva las contracciones inducidas por ouabaina y por isoproterenol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
