Nieves <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En nuestro trabajo hemos estudiado los mecanismos de resistencia a los principales antimicrobianos frente a mycobacterium tuberculosis, la rifampicina (rmp) y la isoniacida (inh) en 429 aislamientos clinicos de la seccion de micobacterias del hospital universitario virgen macarena de sevilla, durante los a\u00f1os 1994,1995 y 1996. Para ello hemos utilizado cuatro metodos moleculares diferentes: 1) pcr-sscp (polimorfismo de la conformacion de las cadenas sencillas de adn). 2) el sistema comercial innolipa rif. Tb para la resistencia a rmp. 3) amplificacion con los cebadores b1\/b2 y electroforesis del producto amplificado y digerido con la enzima ncil, para la resistencia a inh. 4) secuenciacion.  en la resistencia a rmp de las 22 cepas resistentes estudiadas, tras la evaluacion de los patrones de rflp, consideramos solo 17 cepas encontrando alteraciones geneticas en el gen rpob en el 90,9%. Identificamos cuatro mutaciones puntuales. Ser531 leu (12 cepas), his 526 asp(1 cepa), asn 518 ser(1 cepa) y gln 513 leu (1 cepa). Y una deleccion parcial del gen rpob de nueve nucleotidos cuya secuencia es gctgagcca, entre los codones 510 y 513. En la cepa restante no encontramos alteracion genetica en el fragmento estudiado por lo que suponemos presenta algun mecanismo alternativo de resitencia frente a este antimicrobiano. La mutacion puntual en el codon 518 y la deleccion no habian sido descritas antes de nuestro estudio.  en la resistencia a inh existe mayor numero de cepa, 29, las cuales tras los resultados de la tecnica de rflp quedan reducidas a 26 cepas. sin embargo tan solo en un 57,7% de las cepas llegamos a identificar alguna alteracion genetica en alguno de los genes implicados, hasta hoy, en esta resistencia: katg, inha y ahpc.  en el gen katg se identifican dos mutaciones puntuales: ser315 thr(n 9 cepas) e lle304 val(1 cepa), y dos delecciones parciales, en una de las cepas es de dos nucleotidos localizados en las posiciones 872 y 873, y<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Caracterizacion epidemiologica y molecular de los genes de resistencia a los farmacos antituberculosos de mycobacterium tuberculosis en sevilla<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Caracterizacion epidemiologica y molecular de los genes de resistencia a los farmacos antituberculosos de mycobacterium tuberculosis en sevilla <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Gonzalez Aguilar M.
