De los resultados obtenidos se evidencia la existencia de ciclos diarios en la s\u00edntesis de los compuestos fen\u00f3licos y su estacionalidad. este resultado en particular es de gran novedad cient\u00edfica porque hasta ahora solo se conoc\u00edan las variaciones estacionales pero no las diarias.  la tesis estudia el efecto de las diferentes intensidades y calidades de luz (luz azul, amarilla, roja y blanca) sobre la acumulaci\u00f3n (balance de s\u00edntesis y excreci\u00f3n) de los compuestos fen\u00f3licos en algas partadas. la acumulaci\u00f3n de fenoles fue estimulada por luz amarilla y azul as\u00ed como por la radiaci\u00f3n uv se propone una hip\u00f3tesis para dar explicaci\u00f3n a los resultados obtendios, que consiste en un modelo de activaci\u00f3n y desactivaci\u00f3n de enzimas sulfotransferasas y sulfatasas para evitar la autotoxicidad y el fotoda\u00f1o del vegetal.
