{"id":12745,"date":"2018-03-09T08:58:43","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:58:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/desarrollo-de-celulas-solares-de-gaas-para-concentraciones-luminosas-muy-elevadas\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T08:58:43","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:58:43","slug":"desarrollo-de-celulas-solares-de-gaas-para-concentraciones-luminosas-muy-elevadas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-tecnologicas\/desarrollo-de-celulas-solares-de-gaas-para-concentraciones-luminosas-muy-elevadas\/","title":{"rendered":"Desarrollo de c\u00e9lulas solares de gaas para concentraciones luminosas muy elevadas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Ignacio Rey-stolle Prado <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La presente tesis doctoral trata sobre el dise\u00f1o, realizaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas solares de gaas de una uni\u00f3n para su utilizaci\u00f3n bajo concentraciones luminosas muy elevadas (alrededor de 1000 soles).  en la primera parte de este trabajo se incluye una revisi\u00f3n de los modelos te\u00f3ricos utilizados para la descripci\u00f3n de estos dispositivos, junto con nuevos desarrollos destinados a contemplar aspectos del funcionamiento extr\u00ednseco hasta ahora no considerados.  entre \u00e9stos destacan en modelado de la contribuci\u00f3n de marco exterior (busbar) e hilos de conexi\u00f3n a la resistencia serie del dispositivo y un nuevo enfoque para el dise\u00f1o y modelado de capas antirreflectantes que tiene en cuenta la posible oxidaci\u00f3n superficial de la capa ventanta.  la segunda parte se dedica a la descripci\u00f3n de los diversos procesos tecnol\u00f3gicos dise\u00f1ados o adaptados para la fabricaci\u00f3n de la c\u00e9lulas solares de alta concentraci\u00f3n, con especial atenci\u00f3n a la formaci\u00f3n de la malla y al establecimiento de las conexiones exteriores del dispositivo mediante t\u00e9cnicas de soldadura con hilo (wirebonding).  en la tercera, y \u00faltima parte se recogen aspectos de caracterizaci\u00f3n, particularmente en tres l\u00edneas diferentes. En primer lugar, se proporciona evidencia experimental del buen funcionamiento de los modelos propuestos en la parte i.  en segundo lugar, se resumen y comentan los resultados m\u00e1s relevantes de los dispositivos fabricados, que han alcanzado valores de rendimiento entre el 24-26% para concentraciones en el rango de 400 a 1000 soles.  en tercer lugar, se presenta un estudio de la degradaci\u00f3n de estas c\u00e9lulas solares.
