Se lleva a cabo la caracterizaci\u00f3n de todas las muestras mediante analisis quimico elemental, difracci\u00f3n de rayos x, analisis termicos (dta\/tg), ft-ir, medidas de adsorci\u00f3n-desorci\u00f3n de n2 a-196\u00c2\u00bac y por microscopia electronica, realizando un estudio comparativo entre las muestras preparadas seg\u00fan el metodo de sintesis utilizado, asimismo se dedica un estudio a la capacidad de cambio de cationes de estas muestras, a temperatura ambiente y variando tanto la temperatura como la concentraci\u00f3n de la sal y el tiempo de contacto. por \u00faltimo se realiza un estudio exhaustivo de la evoluci\u00f3n estructural de las muestras sintetizadas con la calcinaci\u00f3n.  se obtienen por todos los m\u00e9todos utilizados estructurales laminar tipo birnesita, excepto para el metodo de oxidaci\u00f3n con gases; siendo el metodo sol-gel el m\u00e1s adecuado para obtener birnesitas con na y k en la interlamina; y para birnesitas de li cristalinas el metodo m\u00e1s efectivo es el de oxidaci\u00f3n con gases, siendo el metodo sol-gel el m\u00e1s adecuado para obtener birnesitas con na y k en la interl\u00e1mina, y para birnesitas de li cristalinas el metodo mas efectivo es el oxidaci\u00f3n con h2o2.
