{"id":12776,"date":"2018-03-09T08:58:46","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:58:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/plaguicidas-organoclorados-en-leche-de-vacas-de-navarra\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T08:58:46","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:58:46","slug":"plaguicidas-organoclorados-en-leche-de-vacas-de-navarra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/plaguicidas-organoclorados-en-leche-de-vacas-de-navarra\/","title":{"rendered":"Plaguicidas organoclorados en leche de vacas de navarra"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Carmen Armendariz Recalde <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudian los contenidos de los principales plaguicidas organoclorados (hexa-clorociclohexano, isomeros alfa, beta, gamma y delta), hexaclorobenceno, heptacloro ep\u00f3xido, aldrin, ddt,dde,ddt, con sus respectivos is\u00f3meros 2,4 y 4,4) en leche de vaca de explotaciones navarras, la relacion con los valores encontrados por otros autores en la poblacion navarra,principalmente en tejido adiposo y leche materna, y la posible repercusi\u00f3n para la salud de esta.  se selecciona, pone a punto y valida un metodo analitico por extraccion con disolventes y purificacion de los plaguicidas y posterior determinacion de estos por cromatografia de gases con columna capilar y detector de captura de electrones. A continuaci\u00f3n se aplica este metodo a la leche procedente de una serie de granjas lecheras que suponen m\u00e1s del 60% de la produccion de leche en navarra.  los valores de los parametros analiticos de validacion del metodo indican que este es adecuado a los fines propuestos.  los resultados obtenidos al evaluar las muestras permiten llegar a las siguientes conclusiones: se puede considerar que la contaminacion por residuos de plaquicidias organoclorados en leches de vaca, procedentes de granjas de navarra es moderada. En muy pocos casos se superan las concentraciones maximas permitidas por la legislacion de los distintos plaguicidas estudiados.  las ingestas estimadas de los plaguicidas estudiados son muy bajas y siempre inferiores a los valores de la ingesta diaria admisible propuesta por la fao\/oms. Los mayores valores de ingesta diaria estimada corresponden al hcb y al 4,4 dde, plaguicidas que tambien se han detectado en la poblacion navarra en mayores tasas tanto en leche materna como en tejido
