Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La esclerosi m\u00faltiple (em) es una enfermedad multifactorial, de etiolog\u00eda desconocida, participando en su pateogenia factores gen\u00e9ticos y ambientales. parece tratarse de una enfermedad  &#8212; que cursa con infiltraci\u00f3n de linfocitos t autorreactivos en el sistema nervioso central produciendo inflamaci\u00f3n y desmielinizaci\u00f3n. Los estudios de agregaci\u00f3n familiar y de concordancia entre gemelos han cofirmado la existencia de dicho componente gen\u00e9tico.  en concepto de muerte celular programada o apoptesis ha llegado ha ser atractivo en el estudio de procesos patol\u00f3gicos que cursan, con una destrucci\u00f3n de un determinado tipo de c\u00e9lulas, o bien con una proliferaci\u00f3n descontrolada de las mismas. Este fallo en el mecanismo de apoptesis podr\u00eda ser un proceso determinado gen\u00e9ticamente. As\u00ed, en el caso de la em se han postulado distintas hip\u00f3tesis pensando tanto en que el &#8212; puede estar ocasionado por una disminuci\u00f3n en el mecanismo de apoptosis de las c\u00e9lulas t. Autorreactivas en el sistema nervioso central o perif\u00e9rico, como que puede ser debido a una induci\u00f3n de apoptosis en&#8211;.
