Por otro lado, y una vez comprobada la ineficacia de los metodos habituales cuando se aplican a sistemas muy dispersos o de tama\u00f1os de particula de catalizador peque\u00f1os en lo que a determinacion y analisis de dispersion se refiere, se propone un metodo de quimisorcion de co2 a 573 k para analizar y cuantificar los resultados de reactividad en funcion de la disposicion del catalizador sobre la superficie del carbon, aplicandolo a comportamientos tales como el de la reactividad en funcion del porcentaje de calcio, o al estudio de la propia desactivacion del catalizador durante la reaccion.  por ultimo se han aplicado los conocimientos adquiridos anteriormente para la  preparacion de carbones activos, obteniendose como resultado de la aplicacion de la catalisis al proceso de activacion unos carbones activos con una mesoporosidad mas desarrollada pudiendose de esta forma reducirse de forma considerable los tiempos y temperaturas de activacion a la vez que se
