Para la realizacion del estudio hemos requerido desarrollar equipo experimental y modelos teoricos. El trabajo ha consistido en medir la superficie de fermi y las dispersiones de bandas de heteroestructuras metalicas compuestas de hasta tres capas, asi como de los elementos constituyentes de las mismas.  estas son las primeras medidas de superficie de fermi en multicapas metalicas. Los resultados permiten relacionar la superficie de fermi de las multicapas con las de sus constituyentes.
