{"id":12843,"date":"2018-03-09T08:58:53","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:58:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/propiedades-electroopticas-y-fotorrefractivas-de-gua%c2%adas-de-onda-pe-linbo3\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T08:58:53","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:58:53","slug":"propiedades-electroopticas-y-fotorrefractivas-de-gua%c2%adas-de-onda-pe-linbo3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/propiedades-electroopticas-y-fotorrefractivas-de-gua%c2%adas-de-onda-pe-linbo3\/","title":{"rendered":"Propiedades electro\u00f3pticas y fotorrefractivas de gu\u00edas de onda pe: linbo3"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Angel Mendez Jaque <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La presente tesis doctoral trata de la medida de los coeficientes electro\u00f3pticos en volumen y en configuraci\u00f3n guiada con alta precisi\u00f3n y del estudio de las propiedades fotorefractivas de gu\u00edas de onda \u00f3pticas fabricadas mediante el m\u00e9todo de intercambio prot\u00f3nico en linbo3.  para la medidad de los coeficientes electro\u00f3pticos se ha puesto a punto un montaje experimental basado en un interfer\u00f3metro de mach zehnder capaz de medir con la m\u00e1xima precisi\u00f3n obtenida hasta la fecha y se ha empleado este montjae en la medida de la dependencia espectral de los coeficientes electro\u00f3pticos r13 y r33 del linbo3 congruente y estequim\u00e9trico en un rango que va desde los 457 mm hasta los 1047 mm.  se ha adaptado este montaje para medir en gu\u00edas de onda y se ha medido el coeficiente r33 de gu\u00edas de onda \u00f3pticas producidas por intercambio prot\u00f3nico en linbo3 con corte x, obteni\u00e9ndose la mejor precisi\u00f3n hasta la fecha.  para el estudio del efecto fotorrefractivo se ha dise\u00f1ado un montaje experimental capaz de grabar y leer hologramas en el interior de una gu\u00eda de onda \u00f3ptica. Se ha empleado este montaje en el estudio de las gu\u00edas de onda producidas por intercambios prot\u00f3nico en linbo3 con fase alfa. se han analizado los resultados obtenidos con la ayuda de un modelo te\u00f3rico que incluye una trampa fotorrefractiva y una impureza i\u00f3nica. La buena simulaci\u00f3n de nuestros resultados con el modelo estudiado nos ha permitido obtener los par\u00e1metros que rigen el comportamiento fotorrefractivo de nuestro
