Entre las interacciones neuroquimicas descritas en el neostriado se encuentran por su relevancia las interacciones dopamina-acido glutamico, acetilcolina-dopamina y neurotensina-dopamina.  sin embargo, muchos aspectos de estas interacciones no han sido aun descritos. Y es por esto por lo que nos planteamos profundizar en el conocimiento de estas interacciones. En concreto, el dise\u00f1o experimental presentado y desarrollado en esta tesis doctoral ha consistido en estudiar in vivo el efecto de neurotensina, dopamina y acetilcolina sobre las concentraciones extracelulares de los aminoacidos excitadores, acidos aspartico y glutamico, y su precursor, glutamina, en el neostriado.
