Uno de los prop\u00f3sitos \u00faltimos de la investigaci\u00f3n es determinar en qu\u00e9 media los estudiantes (n=586) de los sextos cursos de bachillerato de las regiones geogr\u00e1ficas de la costa, la sierra y el oriente o amazon\u00eda manifiestan actitudes belicistas y autoritarias, valorando con ello la misi\u00f3n que cumple el sistema educativo respecto al aprendizaje del protocolo de r\u00edo de janeiro de 1942 en el que se describen las divergencias diplom\u00e1ticas y las disputas armadas suscitadas entre el ecuador y el per\u00fa en 1941. Una parte muy importante de dichos prop\u00f3sitos es el an\u00e1lisis de los libros de texto oficiales de la disciplina de estudio de la \u00abhistoria de l\u00edmites\u00bb que se utilizan como puente para estudiar los contenidos tem\u00e1ticos de significaci\u00f3n (mensajes persuasivos) del repertorio del protocolo de r\u00edo de janeiro. Por tanto, se plantean dos cuestiones cardinales en la investigaci\u00f3n.  1,- por una parte se espera valorar la misi\u00f3n \u00abpersuasiva\u00bb que cumple el sistema educativo ecuatoriano a trav\u00e9s de los libros de texto oficiales de la \u00abhistoria de l\u00edmites\u00bb que en principio se revela como unidireccional sobre los conflictos, acuerdos, tratados y protocolos lim\u00edtrofes suscitados entre el ecuador y el per\u00fa.  2,- por otra parte, se pretende indagar en qu\u00e9 medida los \u00abmensajes persuasivos\u00bb del repertorio del protocolo de r\u00edo de janeiro de 1942 fomentan en los estudiantes de bachillerato actitudes y valores de car\u00e1cter \u00abbelicista-autoritario\u00bb en consonancia con la persuasi\u00f3n percibida.  el informe de investigaci\u00f3nse compone de cinco cap\u00edtulos y un apartado final dedicado a las conclusiones. Se completa con la bibliograf\u00eda consultada y los anexos.  la metodolog\u00eda con la que se aborda la investigaci\u00f3n es descriptiva. las t\u00e9cnicas de recogida de informaci\u00f3n
